Happy Halloween guys!

Blogtober has officially come to an end, I missed out on 4 days. Which to me is pretty good. I was a bit worried that I would miss a million days, but I ready for blogmas actually. 25 days I am ready for you.

I have some Halloween themed polishes here. I do have one missing unfortunately because I am an idiot and left it out. I have Sparklea Monster Blood which is a gorgeous green. I have Painted Polish Jumpin Jack O Lantern, this is a gorgeous white crelly. I have a few Glam Polish, they are just so gorgeous. I really love this brand and I am very happy with these polishes. I have Glam Polish Ghoulish Delight, 1,2 Freddy's Coming For you, Little Shop Of Horrors. I have Nine Zero Jack O Lantern Juice. This is a gorgeous polish wow. Then the last one I have is Ard As Nails Pumpkin Juice, I have recently worn this polish and it is so gorgeous. I am in love with it.

Favourite special/occasion polish/nails

 

I really tried to find something for this. But I really couldn't find any nail polish or anything. I don't know why but I feel it has to depend on what the occasion is. I don't have a specific polish for this. So I am sure if I look I will probably find a few polishes. I do however if I am going to a wedding, it will depend on what my outfit is. So I am willing to find my perfect polish for a special occasion now.

This is Models Own Shades. WOW. Can I just say, models own going into liquidation is probably the saddest thing to happen this year especially as they are my most favourite brand. This is a gorgeous pink and I couldn't see at all when I took this photo. This polish is absolutely gorgeous and I love this so much. It is the brightest pink and I make it my mission to get these neon polishes out every year because they are amazing.

Non "summery" shades you love during summer

 

So I don't really have non summery colours as I just love any colours before summer. So I am very happy with any polishes. I did however use these two polishes this year before summer started. So I am excited because I feel you can really use any polishes whenever you fancy. There isn't really any polish colour you have to wear. But I have two polishes OPI Just Lanai-ing Around and Orly Rage. These are both pretty colours and I feel are transitional shades.

Here is OPI That's Hula-rious. This polish is absolutely gorgeous, I don't know why it took me this long to wear it as its pretty. You know I do love a green polish. This is an ice cream mani because it is was so hot when I painted these. I don't like the heat, not like we have too many sunny days in the UK. But wow when I did these nails, it was hot. This mani was pintrest inspired, I love pintrest and I will be doing many more of these manis inspired because its the best website.

I am a little behind on this because I haven't posted currently wearing for a while as I have forgotten to write down in my diary which I have. I might do a video on how I plan things because who doesn't love an organised human (don't worry I am not this organised 24/7, only when it comes to nails I am).

 

Here is Orly Rage, I can't believe it has taken this long for me to wear this. I bought this so long ago that I have never even worn it. I am pretty sure this took 2 coats, but it is so perfect. I know it is probably a Christmas polish rather than one to be worn in the summer. But these polishes can be worn all year round, there is no reason why I can't wear this in the summer haha.

Favourite holo polish

Here are the holo polishes. I don't have too many holographic polishes actually, so I would love if you could tell me a few. I have China Glaze Holo At Me, Natural Collection Stardust, Primark Pink Strobe. This is a gorgeous set of holographic polishes. I am very happy with them all. I will be trying to look for some more holos actually.

What started the nail polish obsession?

 

My nail polish obsession started a couple of years ago. I used to actually bite my nails, then one day I put nail polish on and it just stuck. I have never looked back actually, I also loved reading blogs. I was obsessed with swatches too, there was a girl from the UK who swatched BarryM called the polish list. Unfortunately she stopped and I loved her. I have so many blogs that I used to read and now they don't blog anymore which is sad.

So I can guess you say that blogs was what my started my obsession. I am very happy with how I started this journey. I love these so much.

Favourite polishes in a colour you usually hate

 

Here are two polishes in a nude shade. I am not sure if I would say I hate this colour. It is just one colour I don't really gravitate towards too. I have Morgan Taylor Up In The Air Heart and Jessica Cheeky. I absolutely loved using these two colours this year. I need a few more nude shades, they were actually two shades I wasn't entirely sure of when I got them. But I love them.

I have Sinful Colors Daredevil. Oh man this polish. I can see that how bad my nail lines are. They are just so bad aren't they. I used three coats and it was still so poor. I wished I used a glitter over the top because it could have looked so much better. But that's what it is. Sometimes you find nail polishes that work perfectly for you and then you find some that are a little disappointing. I am happy I got to try this though.

This is Technic Unicorn Tears. I am obsessed with this polish, it is so beautiful. I have lots of technic polishes I fell in love when I wore this. I actually have a swatch video up on my YouTube channel. This is absolutely gorgeous. I am so happy I wore this and that I finally wore this. Technic polishes are just so underrated and deserve more love in this nail polish world. This took 2 coats and is so gorgeous.

What polish brand do you have more of?

 

 

As you can see I have two brands, BarryM and Models Own. I love both of these brands they are just so amazing. BarryM is one of my favourite and I know that this will be expanding so much more because it is really great. I love them so much. I do have a few polishes that aren't in here because they were on the floor and also sorry about my slippers in the photo oops.

The next photo I have is Models Own, I love this brand. Unfortunately this brand no longer exists because it went into liquidation so I don't really have the opportunity to get too many of these. So when I see these I will try and pick them up because Models Own is one of my favourite brands I just love it so much.

Here is my Breast Cancer Awareness pink polishes. October is breast cancer awareness month, I picked out my 5 favourite pink polishes.

 

Here are my 5 pink polishes, I have so many pink polishes and I rarely wear them. I am not sure why but these are my favourite pinks. I have OPI Starry Eyed For Dear Daniel, this is such a beautiful glitter. I really love this polish, I did this for an accent nail and fully regretted not doing a full manicure with it. I have Essie Watermelon, this was a one coater for me. I absolutely loved this. Perfect for summer. Then I have BarryM Fuchsia Kiss, this is a polish I recently wore. I will be posting a currently wearing of this very soon. I have Kiko 377 Apple Blossom, this is one beautiful pink cream polish. I am a huge fan of this. The last polish I have Essence Beam Me Up! I really love this polish, it is so gorgeous.

Favourite One Coaters

Here is my one coater polish, I couldn't actually remember about this polish. I have Claire's Rome. This is a gorgeous polish and I really love this so much. I am trying to go and look for one coater polishes. I will probably do a video of this in the new year as I feel I haven't really talked about it.

Here is Morgan Taylor Up In The Air Heart. This is for my best friends wedding and I am obsessed with these nails. Also this polish is so beautiful, I am not usually a fan of nude polishes. But oh wow, this is absolutely gorgeous. I love this nail art, I think this is going to be one of my favourite nail arts of 2019. I am just happy with how it all turned out.

As you can see here are the close ups and also the picture above is my best friends nails who I went with. Its great that I can share my nail art passion and not really feel too stupid because people can easily find it quite weird.

 Here I am with a season picks, this is for autumn polishes. This is my favourite time of the year. So this was my first ever collab on YouTube. I was so happy to be invited, it was such a big thing to be invited too. As I write this, I gained loads of new subscribers and its been so amazing for my channel. I felt my channel wasn't going anywhere. But now I love it!

Here is my 18 polishes. So I have Primark Penny, this is such a gorgeous copper. The shimmer running through this is insane. This polish was super cheap, you wouldn't have guessed it was a primark polish. I have BarryM Mustard, this is just a standard autumn colour I feel. It is an ugly colour but just so iconic for autumn. Then I have L'Oreal Vert Absinthe, this is an incredible khaki. This is defiantly a one coater polish. I have Ciate Goal Digger, wow I only got this polish for the name. I love this polish it was just so gorgeous. I have Lauren B Ivy At The Shore, I got this in a destash it is a teal colour and is so perfect. I know they are super expensive so I am glad I got this. Color Club Into The Woods is again another beautiful khaki green. These are my favourite greens, I love them. Sally Hansen Per-Suede is a gorgeous terracotta shade, it is just so beautiful. The last mustard shade I have is Nails Inc Hampstead Gardens is such a gorgeous mustard. I love these ugly pretty colours and I am so happy with them.

I have two Essies polishes. Essie Sun Day Style and Essie Playing Koi, these are both two beautiful polishes. Sun Day Style is a brown shimmer and its so pretty. Playing Koi reminds me of conkers. It is really stunning. Collection Raspberry, this is a beautiful pink and is a pretty one. BarryM Crystal Blue is one of the only polishes I have worn. It is so gorgeous. You will see that in a currently wearing very soon. Cuccio Water You Doing is a absolutely stunning purple. This is a kind of bright polish for autumn, but I feel you need a brighter polish sometimes. Zoya Codie which is a deep brown and I love brown polish. Essence Big City Vibes is a pretty glittery copper. I don't know whether it is a topper or you can build it up. But I will eventually wear it and see. China Glaze Take A Hike this a deep green and I love a green polish. I have OPI Berlin There Done That, this is a gorgeous taupe shade I love it so much. Models Own Sweet Sherry which for some reason is not pictured. It is a stunning aubergine. I don't think there are many purples that can be described like that.

Blogtober | Review | OPI Wipe Off! Remover Wipes

Here is a review of OPI Wipe Off Acetone-free remover wipes. I haven't spoke about these before, but I did do a YouTube video on them.

 

I got these in a mani and lola box. I took these away with me, they come in a little sachet. I was at first worried about how big the wipe was going to be. But the wipe was really good and great for your nails. I did bring a small cotton pad as I was worried that I would need to use it. But I didn't, it took of all my polish perfectly.

I was such a fan of these! They did feel greasy but overall it wasn't too bad. I would totally recommend these because they are perfect if you are going out somewhere.

Here is Rimmel Give It Some Welly, this is a gorgeous grey. I really love grey nail polishes. I don't think that colour gets enough love really. I felt this was quite a patchy polish, it is beautiful though. This is my first mani which has been pintrest inspired, I have such an obsession with pintrest. Polishes that earn you the most compliments

This is Orly Orange Punch. I remember I did this for my Halloween nails and so many people said how good it was. I love it when people give you compliments on my nails. I only ever really remember this polish, it isn't something I really think about. But I am going to have to remember now. This polish is so beautiful and it is amazing.

Here is China Glaze Ma Holo At Me. I love this polish, as I have said before. I haven't got too many holographics. So when I see them I do like to get them. It is really gorgeous, I love this so much. This took 3 coats. I reckon it could have been a two coater but it looked perfect with the third coat. I really love it. I will need to go and look for some more holographic polishes as I am clearly missing out.

Here is another currently wearing, you may notice that I have actually changed my posts. For some reason post number 1 decided that it posted itself before the 1st October. So I actually managed to change it and post two in one day.

Here is OPI Just Lanai-ing Around, this took 2 coats. I am just so happy with this polish. When I wore this it was so hot, basically England had a summer this year. I know this isn't really a summery polish, but wow this is gorgeous. I think this polish is from the infamous Hawaii collection. This collection has been so talked about and I can fully see why. I actually wore this away in Chester and I cannot believe how long this polish makes me it is mad.

Here is my monthly haul from January. 

This was a quiet month, I won't be including the Mani and Lola polishes. The first polishes I got were Lottie London Dream Daze, which is absolutely gorgeous. I love the green and the shimmer of this wow. Then I have Rimmel Hot Metal Love, this is so beautiful. This isn't a colour that I would usually go for. But it is great. I have some UK indie polishes. This is Elune By Emily, sadly they couldn't continue making nail polish anymore, but I managed to pick up three. You cant even see this polish because the idiot I am can't take a photo on this. I have got Zilpha, Mallory and Coco. The last three polishes are BarryM Rhubarb, Ginger and Spearmint. I cannot wait to get these on my nails. I know the photo is so dark, I am sorry. I am rubbish at taking these photos and also keeping up to date with my monthly hauls. This is what happens when you buy way too many polishes.

Favourite Glitter/Toppers

So I have two here, these are the ones I have had for so long. So they are probably going to be all gloopy but I love these two. I haven't worn these for ages now. But now I have these out, I may grab them and use them. I have NYC Lights, Camera Glitter. This is gorgeous and look at how big the blue pieces of glitter is. They are huge, this is super old. I have Miss Sporty Glitter, I can't remember if this has a name on. But this is just so beautiful. I really love these and I may need to start using glitters more as they are very much neglected in my collection.

Stare at your nails all day polishes

Here are 5 polishes that I have picked, there are so many stare at your nail polishes. But I decided these five would be perfect. I have Glam Polish Son Of Beach, this is just so so beautiful. This is the first Glam Polish I have worn before and instantly fell in love and wanted to wear many more of these. I have Primark Pink Strobe, this is such an amazing polish. This is the swatch which had the most likes for a nail polish pick which is quite surprising. I have Models Own Emerald Green, this is one of my all time favourite polishes ever. I really love this green and want to wear it all the time. Then I have Prism Polish Drip Drip Drop, again my first prism polish I have worn. This is so gorgeous. Lastly the polish is Technic Unicorn Tears, now this is gorgeous! I love this so much. I absolutely love all of these polishes so much.

Top 5 Transforming Top Coats

I decided I would pick two glitters that I had recently used. Then the rest were actual top coats. I have Nails Inc Glastonbury, this is a gorgeous glitter. I really love this one and I am so happy I picked this up in poundland. Then I have Barbie Glitter, now this is such a gorgeous one. I know this is going to be one of my favourite polishes already in 2019. I have three top coats, I vary between these three because I really love going through different ones. BarryM Plumpy Top Coat, this is amazing, it has gone a little clumpy but I am a fan of this. I have Sally Hansen Miracle Gel, I have used this a few times. It is good but I feel that it chipped a bit. My favourite is Orly Won't Chip top coat and I really love this and it is one of my favourite top coats I have used for a long time.

What polish did you like in the bottle but love on your nails?

As you can see these are all browns. I find them so boring in the bottle, but oh wow I was not disappointed. I absolutely love all four of these polishes. I have BarryM Peanut Butter, this was such a surprise when I tried this because it was so gorgeous. I now have Sally Hansen Coin Flip, wow this is so beautiful. Another one of my favourite polishes, I think I will be doing some nail art with this as it needs to be done in another mani again. Maybe Christmas themed. Then I have Pretty Perfect Polish Over My Dad's Potty. wow this is so gorgeous. I cannot get over how lovely this is. I am in love with this polish. The last polish is Topshop Geography Teacher. Now this is just your standard cream and not too exciting. But it is still pretty, I do love a brown polish for some reason.
