Season Picks | Halloween 2017

Happy Halloween!
I hope you are having a good one, I don't celebrate Halloween. I don't really care for it, but I just fancied choosing my Halloween nail polishes. This picture isn't the best quality as when I took it, it was very dark.

Painted Polish Jumpin' Jack O Lantern - This is a white crelly, which clearly needs shaking up. This has green, red and orange glitter pieces running through it. This is the ultimate Halloween polish. This will be an untried until next year.

Nine Zero Lacquer - Jack O' Lantern Juice - This is beautiful, I have worn this already, but I haven't wrote up the blog post yet. So expect that in about a year later ha-ha. Its a orange with black shreds running through it.

Models Own - Flip Flop - This is the perfect slime green, I absolutely love this polish. I think this is that bogey colour. I have used this polish and it is up there with one of my all time favourites. I love it so much.

Tanya Burr - New York Night - I feel sometimes if you don't want to do any nail art, then just use a vampy polish. I haven't used this and I just picked this out when I was looking for polishes in my huge collection. This is a gorgeous deep purple.

Rimmel - Double Decker Red - I feel you always need a red in Halloween, this can be for any reason. You can have it for blood dripping or lots of ideas using a red polish.

Seventeen - Black - I am sure this is just called black, I really cant remember. But again black is a staple in any collection. But this has so many uses when it comes to Halloween.

W7 - Fluorescent Orange - Again orange is that staple when it comes to Halloween. This is especially for pumpkins. I mean maybe you don't need one this bright, but it does look amazing.

China Glaze - Ghostess With The Mostess - This is from the Halloween collection ages ago. I love this glitter, it is full of orange, black and purple glitter pieces. I love this. But it was so hard to get off.

Wishlist #190

Hello, I have been pretty quiet this week. I haven't really felt up to posting because I have been unwell. But I am slowly back, not much better though.

Polishes Mentioned:
1. Rimmel - Go Wild-Er-Ness - £2.99
2. Rimmel - Roll In The Grass - £2.99
3. Rimmel - Port A Loo Blue - £2.99
4. Rimmel - Youre Mine - £2.99

Why Do I Want These Polishes?
1. Rimmel - Go Wild-Er-Ness - I have this, I actually just bought this because my favourite youtuber wore this all the time. It is just your typical lilac, there is absolutely nothing new or exciting to this colour. But you know what I just needed to get it.

2. Rimmel - Roll In The Grass - This is a mint shade, yes I probably don't need a colour like this because I have so man like it. But I have to say, I am a fan of this.

3. Rimmel - Port A Loo Blue - I own this also. I picked this up the other day, this is a dupe for BarryM Guava. I do love this polish and it is really pretty as well. I also love the name of this too. It is hilarious.

4. Rimmel - You're Mine - This is from the sweetie matte collection. This is such a pretty light pink, I am not a matte polish fan but I am a fan of this one.

Currently Wearing | #177

Hi. I am still here, I apologise of how slow I have been posting. I just haven't felt up to posting and I have had a real bad cough. I am slowly getting better, even though I got antibiotics to take (which I wont be using as I physically have a fear about taking tablets).
I am here again with another currently wearing post. I am just slowly posting them up. I have a feeling this may be one of my nail art favourites for 2017.

This is mosaic nails, i am in love with these. I am one lazy person when it comes to nail art. But i actually followed this from a nail art book. I used Technic White Sands as the base and the outline on the other nails. This took 2 coats, I am yet to find a one coat white. I have a Ciate Fortune Teller as a glitter topper which I really liked. I am such a fan of this nail art and i used so many different colours.

Currently Wearing | #176

Again I am slowly getting through currently wearing. Hope you are all doing well.

I have Tanya Burr Little Duck here. Now I like this polish, but god is the bottle hard to open. I have never had one so hard to open before. It was like super glued. Also this separated so badly, I have no idea how I got it to look like this in the picture. It seemed like it had been sitting in my rawer for years ad yes it ha ben. That s what happens when you are a nail polish addict or even a hoarder whatever you ant to call it. Strangely enough this took only two coats, This prompt was back to school, I have a pair of scissors and a heart. The next nail is crayons (yeah they look like that ha-ha). I did however use my MoYou London Scholar 04 plate. It isn't the greatest but I gave it ago.

Wishlist #189

It is wishlist time again, I am pretty poorly this week. I have an awful cough and I want to get better now.

Polishes Mentioned:
1. Rimmel - Peachella - £2.99
2. Rimmel - Daisy Days - £2.99
3. Rimmel - Rain Rain Go Away - £2.99

Why Do I Want These Polishes?
1. Rimmel - Peachella - This is a very pretty light orange, this wouldn't be a coral of some time. This would be perfect as a gradient, I really like the look of this polish. I also love the name of this too its funny.

2. Rimmel - Daisy Days - This is a yellow. I am not the biggest of yellow fans. But I really like the look of this one. I think every nail polish collection needs to have a yellow polish or maybe more than one ha-ha. I do have a few yellow polishes but I don't have one I actually gravitate towards too. I just use them for nail art purposes.

3. Rimmel - Rain Rain Go Away - This is a nude polish, again I don't like nude nail polishes. But this one I might just get because I love the name of this one. I don't really think this reminds me of a rain colour though, it isn't what I imagined.

Currently Wearing | #175

Again I am here for another glam nail challenge post.

This isn't actually what I had planned to do for my nail art. I wanted to do a gradient but I completely failed at that. But it is only something I can get better at. This is Orly Ole, it took just two coats. This was quite opaque and I am a huge fan. This is so pretty, I got this in the duo but I am pretty sure it shouldn't have been part of the duo oops. I also love this look because on my pinky finger you can see it looks just like a giraffe which looks adorable.

Season Picks | Autumn 2017

I am pretty late with my autumn picks, but whats new aye. I wuldnt say I was a person that wore the particular colour in that season, But I try to. Let's take a look at what polishes I have chosen, I actually have a autumn swatch wheel. So you can see how they look.

I will talk you through the first swatch which is actually on the right (no idea why I put the picture on the wrong way round!). The first one I have is Primark Midnight Muse, this is a stunning deep blue. Next polish is BarryM Vintage Violet, I don't think I own many colours like this. This is gorgeous and such a deep perfect for the autumn. I have Revlon Autumn Spice, I couldn't really not include this polish could I. This is my absolute favourite. If I didn't have so many nail polish ideas planned this would be worn right now. The fourth polish is Sinful Colors Enchanted, now this is a really deep aubergine purple. Leighton Denny Let Your Hair Down, this is the ultimate autumn polish in eyes. I cannot wait to get this on my nails. The polish was pretty sheer that's the only problem. Avon Rosie Gold, this is absolutely beautiful. I know everyone seemed to love rose gold polishes a few years back, I haven't worn one I don't think. Rimmel Saturn, I picked this up in a destash. I am not sure on this polish. It looks nothing like how it does in the bottle, so I am not sure about it. I have Technic Double Espresso, this may be my favourite I have swatched. I am in love with the brown goodness. The next one is Revlon Vintage Rose, I wanted to change it up and use a pink. This is gorgeous. The last polish in my autumn picks in China Glaze Harvest Moon, this is my favourite actually. I cannot wait to wear this one.

I hope you enjoyed this post, send me some suggestions on your favourite autumn polishes.

Wishlist #188

It is wishlist time once again, lets see what I have got for you all.

Polishes Mentioned:
1. Rimmel - Marina Dreamer - £2.99
2. Rimmel - Sweet Retreat - £2.99
3. Rimmel - Glastonberry - £2.99
4. Rimmel - Tangerine Tent - £2.99

Why Do I Want These Polishes?
1. Rimmel - Marina Dreamer - I have searched everywhere for this polish. I cannot find it anywhere, this must be a mystery rimmel polish. This seems to be a strange polish, this is so pretty. It is a very pretty metallic blue and I am a fan of this. I am sure I will never get this polish though.

2. Rimmel - Sweet Retreat - This is a gorgeous baby pink. This is the Barbie pink of the polishes. This is a gorgeous, I have so many pinks but I feel this is something that I need to have in my collection. This will always be a staple in anyone's collection.

3. Rimmel - Glastonberry - This is a bright red colour, this isn't really a berry toned shade. So I don't really agree with the name of this because it is more of a cherry red. But I don't really like red polishes so I am not sure why I put it in this wishlist ha-ha.

4. Rimmel - Tangerine Tent - This is a great name though, I really like this one. This is a tangerine orange, I am a huge fan of this colour. I reckon this is a colour that not many people like as it clash with their skin tone.

Currently Wearing | #174

So here is another glam nail challenge post. I am slowly but surely getting through this.

I used AVON Enchanted Siren, this took three coats. This was quite a tricky polish actually. I am awful at describing polish, this is a like a crelly with tons of glitter running through it. This was so har to take off actually so I wont be wearing this again anytime soon without a peel off base coat. I love the look thought don't get me wrong, but it is an acquired taste that is for sure. But I am sure we always have that polish that is a bit tricky.

Currently Wearing | #173

I have another blurry photo, I have absolutely no idea why it looks like this. This is another one from the glam nails challenge.

This is the cutest flamingo ever. Why does it look so adorable haha. I used Ciate Pepperminty, this took 2/3 coats. It was quite patchy in places, so sometimes that third coat was needed. I got this from TkMaxx so go and check your local shops out as they have so many in.

Wishlist #187

This is a rimmel based wishlist. Also I cannot believe how we are in October already it is crazy how quick this year is going.

Products Mentioned:
1. Rimmel -   Sand And Deliver - £2.99
2. Rimmel - Pop, Fizz And Clink - £2.99
3. Rimmel - Foggy London - £2.99
4. Rimmel - Loafer Love For You - £2.99
5. Rimmel - Danny Boy, Blue - £2.99
6. Rimmel - Do Not Disturb - £2.99

Why Do I Want These Polishes?
1. Rimmel - Sand And Deliver - While writing this post, I have learnt that I can't spell deliver (hides head in shame). Anyway onto the polish, there isn't much to this polish. It is just the perfect mannequin hand colour actually. I think this would be perfect for me. I am not into nude polishes at all but you never know when you need that nude in your collection.

2. Rimmel - Pop, Fizz And Clink - This is a silver metallic polish. I do love the name though, I would have liked it to be a glittery polish though seeing as it says fizz.

3. Rimmel - Foggy London - This is a beautiful looking polish. It is a deep blue shade, I have never seen this before but it looks really nice. We all need a dark blue in our collection.

4. Rimmel - Loafter Love For You - Now this polish is right up my street, this is a blue. This polish could be a comparison to Sally Hansen Pacific Blue (the original). I am sure that I have lots of these in my collection but it does look really pretty.

5. Rimmel - Danny Boy, Blue - This is another blue, this is a lot deeper than the previous one I have just mentioned. It is very nice and I believe this should be a polish that people should about. I must get this one as this looks stunning and you can never go wrong with blue polishes do you.

6. Rimmel - Do Not Disturb - This is a really pretty polish, it is from the rita ora collection. I am a fan of this one. It is a teal polish with a hint of blue running through it. I am very surprised I haven't picked this one up.
