This might be up there with one of my favourite nail arts I have done in 2018.

 

This prompt was insects, I had a huge list of insects to chose from, in the end I chose a dragonfly. I used Essie Lilacism, this was April's colour of the month. I absolutely love this look, I think it is one of  my favourite nail art I have actually done. I was inspired by Glamournailart and I loved doing this. I think I will be doing some more insect nail art again.

Topic Tuesdays | #10

The topic for this was your first indie polishes.

 

I actually have two indie polishes. This was my first UK indie and my first ever indie. I have two danglefoot polishes. The blue one was eye candy and the other one is Wine O'clock. I have only worn the pink one it was pretty textured but it was very pretty. It may have gone on better when it was sponged on. But the blue one needs to be worn soon because it may have gone a bit clumpy.

I haven't posted an empties for a long time, so lets see about this product.

 

I have finally finished this nail polish remover. I cannot tell you how happy I am to finish this, I absolutely hated this. I spilt it all down me once and basically made me so wheezy. It hurt my chest so badly. A long story cut short, it somehow managed to make me have a really bad cough when I needed antibiotics for. I can only say this was the cause, it could have triggered a virus I am not too sure. But I would never ever buy this again. Now I am very careful when it comes to buying nail polish removers.

This might be my favourite polish of all time. I absolutely love it!

 

I am wearing Primark Pink Strobe, this is super holographic. I don't have many holographic polishes but this is one of my absolute favourites. The prompt for this was holographic so this was always going to be on my nails. I attempted stamping, I am still learning to do it. I know it takes time to get perfect and I am willing to take that time. Also this is my most liked post on instagram when it comes to swatches, this took 130+ likes. I can't actually believe that this has happened.

Topic Tuesdays | #09

So another Topic Tuesday, I absolutely love reading through what everyone has to say. It is really quite cool. The topic for this was favourite collection you own or want to own.

 

I only have a full collection. This is the Models Own Festival Collection. I am a huge fan of this collection but I haven't actually worn any of the polishes. I have only worn the glitter polish. I have Blue Skies, Green Fields, Purple Bandana, Colour Explosion, Pink Wellies.

 

These are the trios and duos that I have. I do like to have the sets like this. I have Princess Nail Lacquer Nail You See Me, Nail You Don't. Then I have three trios. I don't know the exact names because there are too many of them laid out here. But they are Powerpuff girls and two rugrat trios. I knew I had to get these because I absolutely love these polishes.

 

I don't really have any collections that I want to get, I usually on every get individual polishes so this one, I wasn't really bothered by.

Here is the prompt for space, I did want to do space nails but I didn't have enough time. I think I will do it when I have more time because that would probably be a lot easier for me. I used Ciate Midnight In Paris, this took 1/2 coats. It could have been just 1, but I messed up my right hand as always. I thought this turned out pretty well, I used an earth on my nail. I also did some stars, I am a huge fan of the stars as they look so sweet. I have done a rocket which well looks awful.

Can we talk about how good this picture is, I am actually impressed with how well this looks.

The prompt for this was April showers. If you don't live in the UK, you may not know that it always rains in the UK. So basically we have sunny days then the weather is awful. But when I painted these the next day it was absolutely gorgeous weather. It was bright sunshine, pretty hot so this wasn't appropriate ha-ha. I am wearing Avon Dusty Fog, which is a perfect colour for fog nails. It is like a beige/brown. I love colours like this. I decided I would do really cute clouds because doesn't smiley clouds make everything better. I have also some umbrellas which I found rather tricky to draw on. This polish took 2 coats and I love it.
