Here we have is another currently wearing, its embarrassing how behind I am when it comes to these posts. I really need to get my bum in gear when it comes to blogging for 2020.

 

I am wearing Avon Orange Crush, I could have sworn I had already worn this. But I hadn't, I should probably start to put an untried pile together (I wont because I would be ashamed with how many I have). I was inspired by a Halloween themed background which I found on pintrest. I wasn't too happy with how messy some of the ghosts looked, but I just thought nobody knows what ghosts really look like. So they maybe just a little messy. This orange took 2/3 coats, I rarely wear orange polishes. But I really am happy with this one.

Here is another currently wearing, here is once again another collab. I am on a roll in these nail art collabs in 2019.


Here is Avon Island Goddess, this is a semi matte green. If you know me I am not sure if I like mattes. I am not fully sold on them just yet. But saying that, this polish s a really pretty green. I do love green polishes and my nail art was cute too.

 

This collaboration was for the Claws for a cause, I suggest you all go and follow that Instagram because it is amazing. Every month there will be a brand new theme, I am really a fan of it. This month was Heart Awareness. This was something I am quite close to, I decided I would do this because my Bapoose (Greek for Grandad) at the time of doing this was recently recovering from a pacemaker being put in. He has had quite a fair few cardic/heart attacks. I thought I would do this to honour him. He is an amazing man. I used green because he has an allotment, well he calls it an alockment. No matter how many times we tell him that its wrong, he still calls it that.

Here is my birthday currently wearing. So my birthday was on 30th January, I am just getting round to posting this. I am such a fail at blogging, one day I promise I will actually get ahead of myself.

 

I wore Avon Berry Nutty, this isn't a me colour at all. But I seriously love this so much. The glitter I used is Mad Beauty Barbie Clear Glitter, this was one of my top polishes already this year. I fell in love with the glitter, I did use another one on top of it. This was part of the glam nails challenge, it was a glitter gradient. I really love this too. Its nice when you use a glitter and you are pleasantly surprised with how much I actually loved this.

BLOGMAS 18 | #16 | Currently Wearing | #259

Here is another currently wearing, will I get all of these posted before the end of the year. This is the biggest mission that I have this year.

Here is my purple nail art. This was for nail_art_noob_noob's birthday. We all got together and he loves purple so we decided to get a birthday collab going on. I used Avon Futuristic, isn't this absolutely gorgeous. I don't have many holographic polishes but boy is that going to change. This took 2 coats. I have an adorable cupcake and a balloon.

When you look at this nail collab you are going to think what is happening here. Basically nail art noob noob does his wife and daughters nails which is just amazing. So the people got together and did there husbands nails which was so hilarious reading through the comments of the chat.

Can we talk about how good this picture is, I am actually impressed with how well this looks.

The prompt for this was April showers. If you don't live in the UK, you may not know that it always rains in the UK. So basically we have sunny days then the weather is awful. But when I painted these the next day it was absolutely gorgeous weather. It was bright sunshine, pretty hot so this wasn't appropriate ha-ha. I am wearing Avon Dusty Fog, which is a perfect colour for fog nails. It is like a beige/brown. I love colours like this. I decided I would do really cute clouds because doesn't smiley clouds make everything better. I have also some umbrellas which I found rather tricky to draw on. This polish took 2 coats and I love it.

How am I on 200 currently wearing posts, this is crazy. But I absolutely love posting these even though I usually am very behind with them ha-ha.

 

These were my birthday nails. I used Avon Yellow Gold which I got ages ago but as always completely forgot about them because they weren't actually written down. This is why I need a spreadsheet because its becoming a problem ha-ha. I used some random polishes actually just to do the balloons and a present nail. I am very pleased with how they turned out. I thought they look pretty good.

I have my first post in 2018. Happy New Year everyone!

These are my cartoon nails, if you remember my series then this is one of them. I have always wanted to do pusheen nails. I used AVON Rain Washed, this took me 2/3 coats. I really love this nail polish, it is just so pretty. I put some glitter on my nails too because I didn't fancy them looking pretty plain. I am such a fan of this nail polish and have actually wanted to wear this nail polish for so long. I used the Miss Sporty polish that I have used just so many times.

These were my Halloween nails. Yes I am that behind oops.

 

I used AVON Rosie Gold, this is a stunning rose gold foil polish. This took 2 coats and I completely forgot that I owned these purely because I didn't write this on my nail polish list so this wasn't where it was supposed to be. I followed a picture on Google for this inspiration. These are Minnie & Mickey Mouse ghosts. I thought they were adorable, maybe I should have fixed the eyes just a little but that's how things go sometimes. I just added orange swirls because I had nothing else to do.

So here is another glam nail challenge post. I am slowly but surely getting through this.

 

I used AVON Enchanted Siren, this took three coats. This was quite a tricky polish actually. I am awful at describing polish, this is a like a crelly with tons of glitter running through it. This was so har to take off actually so I wont be wearing this again anytime soon without a peel off base coat. I love the look thought don't get me wrong, but it is an acquired taste that is for sure. But I am sure we always have that polish that is a bit tricky.

I haven't posted since Sunday, why I don't know the answer or the reason why. But I am back, I actually have a few posts planned yet nothing in my drafts. All of my drafts are years old, oops.

 

I was involved in another mani swap. I was with the lovely Chloe at Tipped Off Nails. I followed her pretty simple dotticure. I seem to be obsessed with them lately.

 

I realise this isn't the greatest of pictures, this was before the lighting changes. I used AVON Bare which is unusual for me to wear a nude nail polish. I like to wear brighter polishes so I was a bit shocked when I glanced down at my nails and noticed how nude they really were. I used Models Own Chrome Copper used for the dots.

I have another prompt for the Clairestelle8 Halloween challenge. I am slowly catching up, I may actually be on time with my nails for once. How shocking is that ha-ha.

I had an idea ready for this prompt and was all ready to do it, until I saw a post on instagram and knew I needed to do it. I absolutely knew it had to be funnybones. If you aren't from the UK you may not know what funnybones is, they were an educational science TV programme and books. We always used to watch it in Science, looking back at it now that was probably the only reason why I liked science back then ha-ha. But I used AVON Grey Cement, which I really don't like. It was supposed to be a matte and it just cracked completely. I am so annoyed as I really wanted to love this polish. The nail art went really well, it looks super cute. The yellow pieces are meant to be a moon and star. I will be working on them ha-ha.

This is the last challenge for the glam nail challenge. 

 

The theme was punk. I had no idea what to for this theme, so I scrolled through Google and found something like this. It was pink punk, I loved it. I'm not into black nails so I thought it sad perfect. I used AVON Parfait Pink, this is such a pretty pink. I used two coats, my stars weren't great. But as the saying goes practice makes perfect.

So on the 30th January it was my birthday. I turned 22. Of course I decided to do some birthday nails. I thought these come out quite well to be honest. Well you didn't see what happened before hand haha. All I have to say is they were really messy as I smudged my mini balloons.

I am wearing AVON Pastel pink, I used this with two or three coats. I cant remember seeing as it was such a long time ago. But as the silver nil I used another AVON polish in the shade starry night. This is such a beautiful shade and I haven't really had much use of silver foil nail polish. The only problem with this one is that when it comes off it is super messy around your cuticles. For the balloon I just used a random pink nail polish which made it look quite nice. I was very pleased with this nail look.
