Season Picks | Spring Picks

So I have a season picks post for you today, are you a seasonal wearer? because I was thinking I don't think I am. I always try to be but sometimes I just wear whatever I fancy.

 

I have 18 polishes. Lets get through all of these polishes because there are a lot of them. I have Models Own Asscher Blue, this is such a gorgeous blue with gold flecks running through it. Another Models Own Top Turquoise, this was really pretty. The only problem was that it was quite a weak formula. I have Primark Lemon Sorbet, this is a really pretty lemon yellow. I have Sinful Colors Mint Apple, I cannot wait to wear this polish because it is just so gorgeous. I have China Glaze Re Fresh Mint, now we all know I love a green so it is no shock to why I love this. The next polish is China Glaze Belle Of A Baller, this is a Barbie baby pink. Essence Purple Sugar, now essence is a brand I have tried quite a few times and this polish is no exception. It is absolutely beautiful. BarryM Fondant, it is a sweet little lilac. I really liked this polish when I wore it. Purple isn't a colour I wear much, but I liked it. Ard As Nails Friday Fri-Yay, in the nail wheel it looks like a normal cream polish but it has some shimmer. I am a huge fan of this one. OPI Show Us Your Tips, this was one of those Opi polishes which was so talked about and it was right to be spoken about. Zoya Sawyer which is a coral, I haven't worn any zoyas yet but this is so pretty. Now we have a nude, BarryM Pit Stop. A nice palette cleanser when the spring colours get annoying after a while. NYC Peach Popsicle, another coral peach shade which is really cute. Essie Chillato is a really pretty yellow, this was also hyped about when Kylie Jenner wore it that time. Pretty Perfect Polish Blossom, now I cannot wait to get this on my nails because it is absolutely stunning. Essie Perfect Posture, this is a pretty lilac shade. Glam Polish The Wonderful Things About Tigger, now this is such a beautiful coral. I don't have many Glams so I am so excited to swatch this one. Nails Inc Mermaid Parade, this is so beautiful. I am sure this is more of a topper than a polish. But I will give this ago soon I think.

Currently Wearing | #286

Here is another currently wearing, this was from March which we are now currently at the end of April. I am sorry for how little I have posted this month, once the football season has ended I will b back to my 15/20 posts hopefully.

I am wearing Primark Desire, now this is such a gorgeous pink/red isn't it. I have to say I have really loved this polish. I used three coats, I did have a few patches which meant another coat was necessary. I am so happy with this polish, this will most defiantly be in my 2019 favourites which is obviously a long way away. I love Primark polishes and I will go and get some more once they have new polishes coming out. I suggest you all go and get some because they are great.

Here is another currently wearing, this was a birthday collab. Honestly this nail community is so amazing. All of these people who have never met, who share a passion for nail polish. It really is such an incredible place to be.

Here is Rimmel The High Heel Life, this is a gorgeous purple. It looks like the dairy milk wrapper. I absolutely love it. This was quite streaky, I was disappointed by the polish. I wasn't sure if it was just me because I was filming this swatch video. But when I filmed this video, I lose all confidence and ability to paint my nails. I love flower nail art if you didn't know haha. I am so happy with how this turned out, it looks super cute.

Indie brands you want to try more of

 

Well if you watched my YouTube video (link here) you would know that I have already put this video together. But I will try and do a few more of these videos. Once I get this month finished I will try my hardest to get the other ones completed.

 

The polishes I mention in the video were;

When I was looking on other peoples posts it made me realise that I actually forgot a few of them. I actually forgot about Moon Shine Mani, that one is a pretty brand. I am sure as I type this there are probably many other ones that I didn't mention. But that is what happens when you have so many.

Here we have another nail art collab, we are on a roll with these this year.

 

I recreated one of Maggie_jmr nail art. This was colour with in women, coffee and cake for Maggie. This was a really cool idea, I hadn't ever heard of this before. I used Jessica Cheeky, this is a really pretty light pink. I really liked this one and it took 3 coats. This is from January 2019 Mani and Lola box. I absolutely love the sunflowers, that is probably one of the only flowers I hadn't done. I make it my wish to do them all, so if there isn't any flowers that I haven't done then please let me know.

 

Here is the collab, look how amazing it is. She is honestly such a talent.

Here is another currently wearing, here is once again another collab. I am on a roll in these nail art collabs in 2019.


Here is Avon Island Goddess, this is a semi matte green. If you know me I am not sure if I like mattes. I am not fully sold on them just yet. But saying that, this polish s a really pretty green. I do love green polishes and my nail art was cute too.

 

This collaboration was for the Claws for a cause, I suggest you all go and follow that Instagram because it is amazing. Every month there will be a brand new theme, I am really a fan of it. This month was Heart Awareness. This was something I am quite close to, I decided I would do this because my Bapoose (Greek for Grandad) at the time of doing this was recently recovering from a pacemaker being put in. He has had quite a fair few cardic/heart attacks. I thought I would do this to honour him. He is an amazing man. I used green because he has an allotment, well he calls it an alockment. No matter how many times we tell him that its wrong, he still calls it that.

Mani & Lola | March 2019

 Here is another Mani & Lola box review. Lets have a look at this box, shall we. Yes we shall. Before I start, my photo quality is a lot better in this post as I have taken this one on my phone.

I have 4 beautiful polishes. I have A England The Heart Desires, this is £9.00. This is a gorgeous silver holographic, I don't have many of these but I really want to try more. I have Essie All The Wave, this is a gorgeous polish. Unfortunately it is one of those thin brushes which is really annoying. It is a gorgeous blue. The next polish is Zoya Sawyer, this is a really pretty coral. It leans more to a peach. This would be perfect for the summer. The last polish is actually my favourite. Its OPI Kanapi OPI. This is from the Tokyo collection. It is like a dusty lilac, I love this so much. I don't reach towards purple that often so I am happy that I really like this.

The last non polish product is Essie Back To Bright Nail Cleanser, I can't wait to use this. I am just so interested in this. I have never seen anything like this before. I think I might do a video on this because I am so intrigued by this product.
