Here is another currently wearing from nimy nail challenge.

I used China Glaze Good Tide-Ings, this is an absolute beautiful polish. This is up there with one of my favourites of 2018. This took 1/2 coats, I am a huge fan of this. The prompt for this was daisies, I really love flower nail art at the moment. I made the daises quite small because I wanted to get enough on my nails.

Topic Tuesdays | #11

So I am slowly getting though my topic Tuesdays, I am very slow when it comes to blogging. It probably would have been so much easier if I had done this on instagram.

The question was 'What brand would you choose if you could only own one?' This couldn't be indies. So I chose BarryM, this is a brand that I have always been using and absolutely love. There has been so many new collections. Yes there has been collections that haven't been so great, they did go downhill when they decided to do make up. But in 2018 they have been absolutely great. As you can see from the picture above there has been a lot of different collections. I haven't found a bad BarryM yet which is always good.

Happy National Nail Polish Day | My Story

Happy National Nail Polish Day everyone! I thought I would tell you all about my nail polish story, I have seen a lot of people do this on instagram but about there Essie story. I decided I would do my main nail polish story.

I remember I had the shortest stubby nails. I absolutely hated my nails because I used to bite my nails so much. There wasn't much of them but I remember I used that gross nail polish growing stuck, if you tasted it. It would be vile. I have always had nail polish and then remember I just instantly become obsessed with it. Its funny because I cant remember anyway or what the first nail polish was that sparked my huge love for it. But we all had to start somewhere didn't we.

 

But that is what makes the nail polish community so amazing because we all fell in love with it in different ways. Nobody can have the perfect story but that's why I love seeing how many people got into polish the same way or just completely by accident.

This might be up there with one of my favourite nail arts I have done in 2018.

 

This prompt was insects, I had a huge list of insects to chose from, in the end I chose a dragonfly. I used Essie Lilacism, this was April's colour of the month. I absolutely love this look, I think it is one of  my favourite nail art I have actually done. I was inspired by Glamournailart and I loved doing this. I think I will be doing some more insect nail art again.

Topic Tuesdays | #10

The topic for this was your first indie polishes.

 

I actually have two indie polishes. This was my first UK indie and my first ever indie. I have two danglefoot polishes. The blue one was eye candy and the other one is Wine O'clock. I have only worn the pink one it was pretty textured but it was very pretty. It may have gone on better when it was sponged on. But the blue one needs to be worn soon because it may have gone a bit clumpy.

Empties | #02

I haven't posted an empties for a long time, so lets see about this product.

 

I have finally finished this nail polish remover. I cannot tell you how happy I am to finish this, I absolutely hated this. I spilt it all down me once and basically made me so wheezy. It hurt my chest so badly. A long story cut short, it somehow managed to make me have a really bad cough when I needed antibiotics for. I can only say this was the cause, it could have triggered a virus I am not too sure. But I would never ever buy this again. Now I am very careful when it comes to buying nail polish removers.

Currently Wearing | #218

This might be my favourite polish of all time. I absolutely love it!

 

I am wearing Primark Pink Strobe, this is super holographic. I don't have many holographic polishes but this is one of my absolute favourites. The prompt for this was holographic so this was always going to be on my nails. I attempted stamping, I am still learning to do it. I know it takes time to get perfect and I am willing to take that time. Also this is my most liked post on instagram when it comes to swatches, this took 130+ likes. I can't actually believe that this has happened.
